What should I do if the phone and the GPS Connector are not connecting?
If you are having this issue, please try the following solutions:
1. Pair the GPS Connector via the PATHFINDER app instead of the smartphone’s Bluetooth screen.
2. If the GPS Connector is already connected to another phone or tablet, disconnect it from that device. The GPS Connector connects to stronger Bluetooth signals and may reject the weaker signal.
3. If there are many Bluetooth devices connected to the smartphone, disconnect them and pair the GPS Connector only.
4. Reboot the smartphone.
