The app is currently compatible with Bluetooth 5.0 and above (Check the version with the phone manufacturer).

• Bluetooth 5.0 was introduced in 2017. Any smartphone from 2016 or before won’t work with PATHFINDER2
• Check your smartphone manufacturer’s site to confirm if your device has Bluetooth 5.0.
