Device List: “ME” GPS Connector
Click “ME” on the list under Device List page to open the GPS Connector window for settings and status.
Name: Click on the pencil icon to edit the name of the GPS Connector.
Battery Level Status: Displays the current battery level of PATHFINDER2 GPS Connector.
GPS Signal Status: There are four signal strength status (Strong, Medium, Weak, No Signal) indicated by the bar level.
State: Displays the Bluetooth connection status with GPS Connector.
Total Distance Traveled: Calculates the total distance you traveled based on smartphone locations. Please note it may not be accurate in indoor settings or in places with poor GPS reception.
Current Speed: Displays your current speed based on your smartphone information.
GPS Update Rate: The GPS Update Rate can be changed for location sharing for each device. Please note the faster the update rate is the more battery consumption is used.
Channel-Slot: Displays your current connected GPS connector's channel and slot. You can change to another Channel-Slot number when a notification of duplicating user appears, which means another user in nearby is using the same Channel-Slot, and is conflicting with your device. The channel cannot be fixed and is automatically reset when the power is turned off.
Marker Color: Change the color of GPS Receiver marker and its tracking line displayed on the map of your device.
Show Tracking Line: Turn on/off the tracking line on the map.
Share my location: Turn on/off to show my location with other users whom you have shared device/location.
GPS Connector Signal Alarm: Turning on the alarm will have GPS Connector to beep when Bluetooth connection is weak or lost. Click the section to open the detail window to do following:
a. You can turn ON or OFF the alarm function.
b. Locate GPS Connector: Use this feature to locate your GPS Connector. Press and hold to have GPS Connector to beep 12 seconds. GPS Connector must be connected with your smartphone in order to use this function.
